I had only taken out my Premier International Healthcare plan the day before a trip with my family to New Zealand, and what a relief it was that I had. Within 24 hours of arriving in New Zealand we were involved in a serious car accident which left my wife in a serious condition, with multiple fractures and severe internal injuries.
I made just one phone call to the emergency number to inform them of the accident and from then on they took over all aspects of the claim. This included liaising with the hospital and doctors, arranging for direct settlement of all of the bills. They also kept us fully informed throughout my wife's stay in hospital. Premier International also arranged for my wife to be repatriated to Thailand so that she could receive the remainder of her treatment near her friends and family. I was extremely impressed by the caring and efficient service we received, and have already recommended Premier International Healthcare to several of my friends.
